What types of problems/disorders does your program treat?

We provide comprehensive drug treatment and alcohol rehabilitation services for men and women ages 18 and up.

How much will my drug rehabilitation cost?

Addiction rehabilitation is a highly personal experience, and the costs associated with treatment depend upon a number of issues. We offer some of the most competitive rates in the area, and our drug and alcohol treatment programs are covered by most insurance plans and union benefit plans.

Does your program accept insurance or provide financing options?

Yes, we do. When you speak with our intake advisors, we will also be able to assist you in determining which insurance benefits will be available for your treatment. We will walk you through the process of accessing those benefits, and can also help you with financial arrangements for private payment if necessary.

Are your staff members certified?

Does Azure Acres support AA/NA and similar 12-Step programs?

Yes, the 12-Step principles are the foundation of treatment at Azure Acres. We incorporate 12-Step principles into every aspect of our treatment plans, and clients attend 12-Step meetings five days a week during their stay with us.

How long will I need to be in treatment?

The minimum length of stay at Azure Acres is 30 days. Research shows that the longer a person remains in treatment, the greater the likelihood of achieving long-term sobriety.

As with most aspects of treatment, determining ideal length of stay involves an analysis of a number of personal factors. Our professionals will take all of these issues into consideration as we work with you to create the personalized program that will put you in the best position to pursue long-term recovery.

Can I use the phone during my stay?

Yes. You will have access to the pay phones outside the lodge during non-group hours, beginning on the sixth day of treatment. Telephone hours are from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., with the exception of groups, lectures or other programming activities.  Staff telephones may be used for business calls, such as scheduling medical appointments and notifying family members about the family program.

Will I have access to a radio or television?

Yes. Residents are able to use our house radio when not engaged in a scheduled activity. Saturday everyone is invited to “movie night”.  They are not able to access a television.

What happens if I need personal items?

We make store runs twice a week for our residents. We recommend that you bring spending money (less than $100) for personal items, pay phone calls and other miscellaneous expenses. Family and friends may bring or send packages but items must be store-bought and sealed, and all packages must be opened in the presence of a staff member.

Can I have visitors?
