Over the past year, Azure Acres has achieved several significant milestones. We proudly opened a new facility on Occidental Road, connected to our main campus via a private road. This expansion allows us to focus on extended residential care, offering a program that emphasizes smaller group work to support individuals in overcoming addiction in a safe, nurturing environment.
We’ve also strengthened our clinical team by enhancing our nursing coverage, now providing two registered nurses on duty 24/7. This improvement ensures a higher level of care and safety for clients. Staffing levels across all departments have increased, reflecting our commitment to excellence and
growth.
Our leadership team has seen meaningful changes. I joined Azure Acres six months ago and am now supported by a new Chief Financial Officer, Clinical Director, Medical Director, and Director of Outpatient Services. We’ve also launched an Advisory Board made up of key stakeholders from the recovery and medical communities to help guide our transformation.
Our rebranding and logo capture the essence and spirit of Azure Acres. Nestled among redwood trees, near the ocean and surrounded by farms and wildlife, our center reflects the natural beauty of its surroundings. Birds—commonly seen here—symbolize freedom and remind us that through recovery, we can rise above adversity and embrace the lives we were meant to live.
