Director of Admissions
Kim Yates Joined Azure in 2016 as an Intake Coordinator after earning her Associate Degree in Counseling and Human Services. Her insightful and empathetic nature empowered her to expand the size and capability of her team, and in recognition of her contributions, Kim was promoted to Director of Admissions in 2020.
Kim’s interest in the field of addiction recovery was born out of the desire to help others. She finds tremendous fulfillment in being able to connect with individuals and families affected by substance abuse and guide them toward life-changing treatment. Kim understands how difficult it can be to reach out for a lifeline in the midst of fear, shame, and uncertainty. She is dedicated to always being a safe, kind, and knowledgeable voice for those seeking to overcome their dependence on drugs and alcohol.
