Lead Counselor
Emily started working for Azure Acres in December of 2019 as a BHA, assisting the clinical team in opening the PHP residence, Avalon. She eventually moved into a case management position working with co-occurring clients. After a short hiatus working at DAAC Outpatient, she returned to Azure Acres to work in the PHP and IOP programs.
Emily has her BA from SDSU in Psychology and Sociology, an AA through the SRJC in Addiction Studies and Social Advocacy, and is currently enrolled in an MSW program focusing on trauma care.
